Villa Iris, also known as CIO, is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa located in Grand Cul de Sac. This villa, designed by architect Allem Nefra, offers sweeping views of the landscape and ocean. Close to the beach and shopping, this villa offers a modern layout with a central living and dining area, which is flanked by bedrooms on either side. The spacious living, dining, and kitchen area open to the front deck with a pool and deck with several lounge areas. Each air-conditioned bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and large, sliding screen doors which allows each bedroom to completely open to the outside deck and view. A wooden deck with loungers lies adjacent to the pool. The house also has WiFi and U.S. satellite TV. Villa CIO comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
